Safe D Scale PLUS

All of Delta’s descalers are scientific liquid descalers specifically designed to dissolve all water scale, lime, rust and other water formed deposits which are found in any type of water operated heat transfer or cooling equipment and systems. Safe D Scale PLUS is our recommened product for boilers and heavily scaled water heaters. It will not corrode, erode, attack, pit, oxidize or have other deleterious affects on metals or materials such as copper, fiber, plastic, iron, steel, rubber or lead. Like all of our products, Safe D Scale PLUS does not require any neutralizers and can simply be rinsed away with water.

Prior to descaling any boiler or other heavily fouled equipment, we recommend using our PS800 Pre-Soak, which helps loosen the deposits. The suggested amount of Safe D Scale PLUS can then circulate, each gallon dissolving approximately two pounds of scale, until the solution is spent. After simply hosing off the equipment, it can be prepared for re-starting.
