Small Craft Cleaners

Small crafts often struggle mostly with abuse from minerals in lake or pond water and from salt in sea water. The minerals and salt form a lime scale that runs around the boat’s hull. The lime scale is caused by oxidation of the minerals from the water. Lime sticks to the boat like glue and is not the easiest thing to remove, but with proper cleaning solvents you can remove the ugly water stains and restore your boat’s hull back to a shiny luster.

MarineGEL takes care of the most common problems that small crafts face. Like all of our products, it is safe and easy to handle and is particularly designed to clean your boat’s surface. Delta’s MarineGEL can be used anywhere from the hull to the propeller to the entire body of the boat. Before applying MarineGEL, rinse the surface to be cleaned in order to remove loose deposits. Apply MarineGEL liberally to the surface coating any scale present. Allow the gel to sit on the surface for about one hour, occasionally adding more product, while it penetrates and dissolves scale buildup. Finally, rinse equipment with copious amounts of water—no special disposal is necessary. Rinse and dry before any reapplication.
